Browser Requirements

To avail of all the functionality that the OPP Website applications offer, the preferred Web browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6 or greater on the PC. Mac users may find the latest version of the Firefox browser gives the most consistent results.

Content is best viewed at browser resolutions set to at least 800 x 600 pixels.

We realise some features may be degraded on certain operating systems and browser types but we are actively seeking to address these issues where possible. Currently, viewing some of the reports are particularly affected by this.



Access Restrictions

Some content on this site has access restrictions that are applied using various business activity roles and user group membership.

Please use you Murdoch username and password to gain access to the resource that are available to you and that have been defined as restricted.

JavaScript

JavaScript is used extensively throughout the OPP Website enhancing functionality to much of the site and making it easier to use.

For information on how to enable JavaScript in your browser go to the "How Do I…" area of the site.

Cookies

Cookies are packets of information that are stored in your web browser that retain information about your preferences and also are required for security reasons.

Enable cookies on Internet Explorer version 6.0

  1. Select Tools from the menu bar, then select Internet Options.
  2. Click on the Privacy tab..
  3. Click on the Advanced button.
  4. Check the Override automatic cookie handling option.
  5. Click on OK.

Enable cookies on Mozilla

  1. Select Tools from the menu bar, then select Options.
  2. Click on the Privacy icon.
  3. Click on the Cookies tab.
  4. Check the option Allow sites to set Cookies. Note that you can use the Exceptions option to specify individual sites that you will allow to use cookies, or those that you want to block.
  5. Click on OK.

If you use a different browser, select Help on your browser’s menu bar, then search for ‘Cookies’ to view the instructions for enabling cookies.



Secure Encryption

Parts of this site use 128-bit encryption technology, this ensures secure transmission of data both when you make a request and also when you submit details.

Older versions of Internet browsers do not support this level of encryption technology. If your browser does not facilitate 128-bit encryption, data transmission could be compromised.
